Summary

This module has discussed what the DO phase is in energy management. How tasks, responsibilities and authority of the people directly involved can be determined and defined was explained. You also learned how to identify any supplementary training needed for certain tasks.

This module discussed how to compile a detailed project plan based on the project proposal. The project plan gives the details of each measure in terms of planning, costs, personnel, etc.

It was also explained that each individual must know what is expected in the new situation. And that the exchange of knowledge and information must be properly supervised. Communication within the organization, with others in the sector and with the authorities.

The last subject discusses was how to include energy management in existing and new types of consultation.
