Project plan

 

The AP defines which technical, organizational and behavioural measures will be taken in the coming period and which objectives are to be achieved. The targets are also included in the approved project proposal.

 

Management has made time, resources and manpower available. But who is to implement the agreed measures? And when will they be implemented? Exactly what will the implementation of each measure cost in terms of time and money? The details of these matters are defined in the project plan. The plan enables you to work on embedding energy management in the entire organization.
