How can you ensure that the targets defined in the AP are complied with? Which staff members will be assigned new or modified tasks within the framework of energy management? You have a project proposal that management has signed. You know how much time, money and resources are available for implementing the agreed measures. In the DO phase the project proposal is translated into a project plan, and energy management acquires its own place within the organization.
